Levoni Dry-Cured Pancetta is crafted from the belly of carefully selected Italian pigs, salt, a blend of spices, and Merlot Garda DOP wine. It’s carefully rolled, encased, tied, and aged for eleven weeks. This results in a sweet and delightful flavor, complemented by a tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

 

Levoni has been synonymous with high quality sausages since 1911. The company uses traditional Italian sausage production methods with careful selection of raw ingredients and expert processing methods. Them premises cover a surface area of 80,000 square maters, that allows them to control the whole process, from slaughtering to distribution. Most of the wares are produced in the factory of Castellucchio, our group's historical head office.
